• Budget

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Give timely approvals and feedback
• Provide required access (website, ad accounts, etc.)
• Maintain ethical and lawful business practices

Delays from the client side may impact results and timelines.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All fees are agreed upon before the start of work
• Payments must be made on time as per agreement
• Work may be paused or terminated in case of delayed payments

We reserve the right to revise pricing for new or extended work.

7. No Refund Policy (STRICT)

Due to the nature of digital services:

• All payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Strategy, consulting, and execution time cannot be reversed
• Partial work or early termination does not qualify for refunds

8. Scope of Work

• Work will be performed strictly based on the agreed scope
• Any additional requests will be treated as extra work and may incur additional charges

We do not entertain unlimited revisions or undefined work.

10. Confidentiality
